AVAILABILITY and RENT for the calendar year 2006 is as follows - weeks commencing Saturday...(unless otherwise stated) :

ADDITIONAL CHARGES :
electricity (14p per standard unit & 8p per Total Control unit)
Meter readings upon arrival & departure - deposit of £30 taken on arrival, returned on departure, less cost of units used
solid fuel (limited initial supply of coal and kindlers included, and thereafter £11 per bag coal, £6 per bag of logs)
Duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels can be provided, for an extra charge of £9.00 per person. Otherwise, please bring your own.
Deposit: one third of the rent is due when booking, with the balance due no later than four weeks before arrival

Lets: Weekly, arrival after 4pm Saturday and departure by 10am Saturday (or by arrangement)
Short (or longer) breaks at non-peak times (October to March inclusive) may be available
